Data we collect
We collect the data you submit yourself through the forms on this site: name, organisation, email, phone number, and the content of your message. For job applicants, we also store application details and portfolio links.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Your cookie consent choice is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
How we use it
The data you send is used only to follow up your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver the agreed work. Applicant data is used solely for recruitment.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
Storage and security
Data is stored on servers we control in Indonesia with restricted access, encrypted connections, and activity logging. Contact data is kept only for as long as the business relationship requires.
Applicant data is kept for a maximum of 12 months after the recruitment process ends, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Send requests to halo@sangtech.biz.id and we will respond within 14 working days.
Changes
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be marked with a revision date on this page.
